      Shipping, Rates & Delivery

      1. What are your shipping rates and delivery timeframes?

      We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $59. For orders under $59, a flat-rate shipping fee of just $5 applies. All regions share the same uniform delivery standards taking 7–15 business days after a 1–3 business day dispatch.

      2. How can I track my package?

      Once dispatched, tracking codes are automatically emailed. You can monitor your shipment anytime on our Track Order page.

      Customs Duties & Order Management

      1. Will I incur any extra import taxes or customs duties?

      No, packages are structured so that customers do not pay additional import duties upon arrival. What you see at checkout is final.

      2. Can I modify/cancel my order or add shipping insurance?

      To protect against transit issues, you can optionally select our shipping protection & return guarantee (3% of order total) at checkout. For urgent order changes or cancellations, please reach out within 12 hours of purchase.

      Gear Sizing & Care Guide

      1. How do your jerseys fit and how should I wash them?

      Our jerseys feature a standard athletic cut (size up if layering over hoodies). For care, machine wash cold on a gentle cycle inside out, and hang dry to protect details.

      Returns & Exchanges Policy

      What are your return rules, fees, and exemptions?

      We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unwashed, unworn items in original condition. Return shipping fees are covered if you purchased our 3% checkout protection; otherwise, return shipping is paid by the customer.

      Please note: Custom-printed jerseys are excluded from unconditional returns and are non-returnable unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect. Returns are strictly limited to issues arising from our responsibility; non-fault personal reasons are not eligible.
